DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION:

Early Registration Deadline: March 1, 2025, CST

On-Site Registration will be available from April 22, 2025 in the venue. We would appreciate your cooperation to register as early as possible. 
*All deadline dates are in China Standard Time.

LiNC-2025 Registration Guidelines

REGISTRATION FEE:

The deadline date is based on the arrival date of your payment.

* Student rate is applicable only to those who have student status at the time of congress.
Students are required to submit a copy of their student ID or a student certificate letter from the supervisor by e-mail (in PDF format) to linc2025@siom.ac.cn
Please be advised that student rate will not be applied for adult students with full time job.

Registration fee includes:
1) Program & Technical Digest
2) Reception
3) Coffee break, Lunch & dinner, and Banquet

PAYMENT:

Payment can be made by one of the following methods:

1.Paypal (for the overseas attendees). You can click here to pay your registration.
2.Online Pay (Alipay/WeChat, for the domestic attendees), 微信、支付宝二维码缴费（可支持绑定公务卡消费）。若选择该付款方式，请您在提交注册表单后返回本页面进行扫码支付，并备注“LiNC-2025 XX大学 姓名”。

3.Bank transfer

4.On-site.(April 22 to 25,2025)

Note: 
1. If you choose bank transfer: 

• Please send a notification email to: linc2025@siom.ac.cn with the subject of “LiNC-2025 Payment Notification”. In the email, please send your bank transfer receipt with your full name and your conference registration number, and a valid student’s ID if you are a student. 
• In case this payment method dose not function correctly in your area, please email to:  linc2025@siom.ac.cn for assistance, and use “LiNC-2025 Payment Help” as the subject of your email. 

2. The on-site payment can be made with cash and credit card.

Cancellation: 
In case of cancellation, please send a written notification to the LiNC-2025 Registration office (linc2025@siom.ac.cn). The following cancellation fee will apply, based on the date when the office receives notification of cancellation.
