    Abstract

    Through the analysis of organic polymer materials′ aging mechanism for TFT-LCD, the main stress and the weak links of tapes and adhesives during storage and usage were studied, respectively. The aging test methods and failure evaluation indexes of organic polymer materials at different stages were proposed and tested, which could support the life evaluation of organic polymer materials for TFT-LCD.
