    Abstract

    Based on analyzing the working characteristics of piezoelectric stack, a voltage-controlled piezoelectric stack driving power supply with high voltage operational amplifier PA41 as the core device is designed. Two kinds of driving circuit methods are described and an appropriate scheme is selected. The principle of the driving circuit is analyzed and the selection of circuit components is completed. Finally, an experimental platform is built to test the driving power supply and its output characteristic curve and the cause of output error are analyzed. The experimental results show that the power supply is easy to adjust, quick to respond, and can be effectively applied to the drive control of piezoelectric stack.
