    步骤流程
    步骤1将指纹数据库输入到模糊C均值聚类算法中,确定聚类数,随机生成初始模糊类,并根据式(5)计算模糊聚类中心
    步骤2根据式(6)计算剩余指纹点与聚类中心指纹点之间的隶属度,指纹点聚类后重新计算聚类中心,更新隶属度,重组隶属度矩阵
    步骤3根据式(4)计算目标函数,判断目标函数是否达到最小值或达到最大迭代次数,如果满足,迭代停止,否则返回步骤2继续迭代
    步骤4基于输出数据指纹库的最优聚类结果,将定位区域划分为中心区域和边界区域
