Reservation Methods
All customers could make telephone reservations before August 7, 2024, to enjoy the discounted agreement rates. Reservations made after August 7 will depend on the availability of resources on that day.
Reservation Notice
1. When booking accommodations, please uniformly report the conference name (CIOP2024);
2. Upon receiving a reservation, the hotel will verify the guest's name, check-in date, Room category, and price.Please notice that full payment for the room must be made within three days (rooms will not be reserved if payment is not received by the deadline);
3. After successful payment , we will send the reservation success message (please check it).
