    Abstract

    The traditional laser warning testing system has the problem of low testing efficiency during the testing and calibration process. The main reason of the low efficiency is that much time is spent on some tasks such as the setup of environment condition required by the testing and the change of testing condition in mid-way. According to the problem, a testing system for laser warning unit compensation calibration is proposed. The device controls the pneumatic mechanism through LabWindows and CVI, changes the testing conditions according to the testing requirements. It controls the laser to emit continuous pulse signals simultaneously, and communicates to, receives and uplinks information to realize automatic compensation calibration of the laser warning unit. The testing system can effectively improve the calibration efficiency and testing safety of the laser warning unit.
