    Abstract

    In order to improve the accurate identification and stable tracking of maritime targets, by analyzing the tracking principles and algorithm of Mean-shift, a design method of maritime targets tracking system based on Mean-Shift algorithm is proposed. By tracking maritime and ground targets show that the design can effectively eliminate the background interference, such as ocean waves scatting, and also achieve stable tracking, so the design is reasonable and feasible.
