    Abstract

    In order to improve the rectangle factor, the paper described the design of a hybrid structure SAW filter. By established simulate model, a hybrid structure of longitudinally coupled resonator filter cascading single resonator or multiple resonators are used, two kinds of SAW filters have been developed on 36°Y-X LiTaO3 and 41°Y-X LiNbO3 piezoelectric materials. The rectangle factor of the filters are 1.7 and 2, the test results are consistent with the simulation results.
