According to the characters of the protein biochip with immunogold labeling technique,the biochip scanning and analyzing system were designed based on CCD and digital image treatment technology. After presenting the architecture of the whole system,the article introduces the software framework of it. And then,the method of analyzing and processing biochip image is described in detail.
