The paper defined target region main color feature based on hue quantitative histogram in HSV color space.By integrating the average distance of region main color and the similarity of main color histogram,the distance formula of region color is acquired,and the sample color is determined by minimum color distance to region colors.Finally this algorithm can distinguish the difference of cell color in microscope color image effectively,and get good matching result.
