Predominance of imaging laser radar is introduced in guidance system, A plan that simulation with heterodyne imaging laser radar guidance system is presented, then its four applying important sections are analyzed： optics, data processing, general library, stabilization and tracking. Combining influence of different ambient and device performance parameters on this system, modules of every section are analyzed and multifold mathematical models are presented. It is indicated that further functions of this system are required in the end.
