The main technical characteristics of IR/MMW multimode seeking system are summarized. Computation and theoretical analysis are made concerning the material selection as well as shape and thickness design for multi－spectrum dome. Many types of coordination systems for multi－mode seekers and complex antenna system are discussed. IR/MMW fusion processing system are studied. Based on the output information of IR/MMW detecting system, fusion administrative levels and fusion criterion of multi－mode seeking system are determined.
