    Abstract

Aiming at the problem of insufficient supply of emulsion explosive on pre-splitting blasting,a new charging structure model was explored, that is,an axially continuous and radially uncoupled charge with granulated ANFO.The feasibility of the charging structure is verified theoretically. At the same time,LS-DYNA software numerical simulation was used to establish a 1∶1 model comparing with the actual hole size of the mine, and the difference between the uncoupled charge structure and the traditional emulsion cartridge was compared and analyzed. It is concluded that the axial continuous charge of granulated ANFO has advantages in protecting hole wall and crack propagation. The diameter of PVC pipe suitable for lithology of Laibetang mine was determined to be 40 mm,and the optimal hole spacing was 1.8 m,which was verified in field practice.
