    Abstract

    In order to deepen students’ understanding of the theoretical knowledge of the electrical drive technology and permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) direct torque control (DTC) system, cultivate their cooperative ability and comprehensive practical ability, an experimental platform for the PMSM DTC system has been established. The HiGale semi physical simulation system and MATLAB have been introduced into the course teaching. Students are required to conduct simulation modeling, parameter debugging, operation, and analysis of the PMSM DTC system based on MATLAB, further conduct semi physical simulation experiments in HiGale, and analyze the main experimental processes and results. This platform makes the teaching method more diverse, helps students deepen their understanding of the DTC system, improves their ability to integrate theory with practice, and stimulates students’ interest in learning the motor control technology.
