Experiment on the Impact of Quantization Parameters on 4K Video Quality of the H.266 Compression Standard

In this paper, several video sequences with different dynamic conditions (*.yuv) are compressed and decompressed using the H.266 codec, and the differences in coding efficiency and time loss after video compression are investigated by varying the quantization parameters (QP) values at different bit rates. Experiments show that for lower bit rates and near the bit rate commonly used for 4K video (20 Mbps), there is a significant advantage in both bit coding rate and peak signal to noise radio (PSNR), but at very large bit rates, both perform nearly identically. Calculations of the time multiplier and bitrate savings reveal a wide range of results for each video sequence, suggesting that coding complexity and coding performance are highly dependent on the selected video sequence itself. H.266 improves significantly for more complex video sequences, with a significant increase in coding complexity, up to 100x at some bitrates. H.266 also poses a significant challenge to hardware arithmetic, which will need to be further optimized in the future..

By changing the applied voltage, the dynamic modulation of the filter can be realized to obtain high-precision narrow-band spectral output. Compared with the traditional multi-spectral image obtaine by using the multi-spectral spectrometer, LCTF has the advantages of simple control, low modulation voltage, fast continuous modulation and so on. In this paper, the voltage phase delay characteristics of a group of wave plates are measured by the quarter-wave retarder method, and the appropriate wave plates are selected to form a triple filter to realize the narrow-band filtering of the broadband spectrum. The development of national experimental teaching demonstration center plays an important role in the development of national higher education and the cultivation of innovative talents. To investigate the research and development of national demonstration center for experimental education, this paper selects journal articles from 2005 to 2022 in the CNKI database with the theme of "national demonstration center for experimental education" as the research object. Using visual analysis software such as VOSviewer and CiteSpace, the paper analyzes the characteristics, development context, hot spots, and frontier trends of the literature. The results show that the development of the experimental teaching center has experienced three periods: set-up period, rapid development period and stable development period. Four main research topics have been formed: the experience summary and analysis of the construction of the experimental teaching center, the discussion of experimental teaching mode and teaching effect, the research of management mechanism and operation mode, and the cultivation of college talents based on innovation ability and practical ability.
